We are looking for a high energy Vice President of Human Resources who is collaborative, agile, and that has a strategic mindset, with deep expertise in Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Design, Compensation, and Leadership Development.

Role Summary:

As a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner , you will be instrumental in building and implementing the HR strategy supporting the enterprise functions to include Technology & Data, Finance, Legal, Communications and Strategy functions. You will partner closely with the centers of excellence in Employee Experience, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Compensation, and Benefits to provide a best in class culture allowing our employees to thrive in alignment with human capital initiatives that will support the company’s growth strategy. You will be a key business partner and consultant to leadership on Human Resource related areas such as talent management, leadership development, compensation, organizational design, and employee communications.

In addition, you will act as both a credible influencer and employee advocate, while assessing and anticipating HR and business needs. You will enhance processes and provide insights to guide decision-making, striving to enhance the employee experience and reinforce retention.


  • Responsible for a client group of approximately 1400 employees

  • Influential partner in driving best in class solutions for the entire employee lifecycle

  • Foster a culture of engagement and excitement to bring out customer-driven results where employees feel empowered to put customers first, and develop their careers within the organization

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with specialist teams to identify high-impact initiatives and priorities for an improved employee experience, increased productivity and retention

  • Provide talent management guidance, workforce and succession planning, and drive organizational design initiatives as the business grows to ensure the right skills and behaviors are prioritized

  • Ensure that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are front of mind in all that we do

  • Continuously review and refine our strategy to improve the employee culture through the right mix of communications and experiences for a primarily remote employee population

  • Become a brand and culture ambassador for employees and candidates

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.


  • Minimum of 10 years of high level HR consultation with business leaders

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (graduate degree in HR Management preferred)

  • Ability to provide inspiration and fresh ideas related to the employee experience

  • Superb leadership skills with the ability to partner and influence not only with the most senior leadership, but also front-line people managers to help drive intentional people strategies

  • Working knowledge of progressive human resource principles in the areas of engagement, talent attraction, talent management and diversity and inclusion with a strength in developing creative solutions to address scaling challenges

  • Experience leveraging HR metrics to drive solutions

  • Passion to drive a culture of inclusiveness through specific Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies

  • Excellent client management and business literacy skills

  • Experience in leading a company through transformation, with the ability to manage multiple client groups with competing priorities
