Talent Acquisition Partner, Executive Recruiting - Remote
As a member of the Talent Acquisition & Planning (TAP) team, you will be an enabler of one of Realogy’s top three priorities: Talent. Our goal is to drive a highly engaged and performing organization and ensure the success of Realogy’s short and long- term strategy.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, Executive Recruiting you will execute on executive (VP, SVP and C -Suite) talent recruitment across the enterprise. You will build and foster relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their business operations and talent needs. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting strategies for key executive leadership positions and provide meaningful solutions while embracing our executive search principles of- Always be Recruiting, Go Faster, and Drive Diversity.
Partner with hiring managers, and other stakeholders to attract, engage and assess talent, build innovative sourcing strategies, drive and manage candidate pipelines and manage full lifecycle recruitment of leadership roles
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
Deliver executive recruitment communication including search presentation materials, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communication, and candidate preparation
Lead the offer process in collaboration with stakeholders; negotiate and close executive candidates
Assist with developing and maintaining a best in- class client and candidate experience
Reduce reliance on external agency partners, by building strong talent pipelines for current and future talent needs
Collaborate with internal HR Partners to develop and integrate a pipeline of diverse internal talent into executive search opportunities

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent sourcing, executive search, and/or recruiting ideally with a combination in both search firms and corporate recruiting
Strategic research, sourcing and pipeline building experience
Demonstrable experience collaborating with senior HR business partners and leaders across the organization to influence hiring decisions and process
Must operate with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality and with excellent judgement
Strong consultation and negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
A strong sense of business acumen with the ability to understand complex business needs, compensation and business structures
This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
