Talent Acquisition Manager, Realogy Brokerage Group - Remote

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, Realogy Brokerage Group, you will build and foster relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their business operations and talent needs while developing, leading and motivating a team of recruiters. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting strategies for key positions and provide meaningful solutions with regards to hard to fill positions.


  • Manage day to day recruiting processes to ensure quality candidate slates for hiring managers, consistent communications to stakeholders in, and integrity of applicant tracking system data

  • Monitor and measure success leveraging data and customer feedback

  • Onboard new business units and functions into the process as needed; which includes driving alignment with leaders and hiring teams and training new team members

  • Monitor and manage recruiter req loads and provide recommendations that will facilitate our ability to exceed expectations

  • Continuously manage and develop Recruiter skills and capabilities

  • Create a pro-active staffing strategy using knowledge of talent segments to meet future staffing goals

  • Ensure outstanding client service and delivery

  • Focus on building relationships with hiring managers, create a strong level of trust, effectively understand their business, team dynamics and business goals

  • Partner with TAP, Compensation, Human Resources and L&D Partners to share best practices and maintain companywide objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of professional level recruiting and assessment experience preferred

  • Real Estate Franchise and Brokerage recruitment experience required

  • Demonstrated success managing full cycle recruitment in a corporate setting

  • Desire and capability to work with other Talent Acquisition team members to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings

  • Demonstrated ability to ensure a diverse candidate flow – must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusion

  • Aptitude and willingness to embrace new technology and recruiting platforms along with demonstrated ability to navigate and fully utilize ATS functionality

  • Solid experience with multiple recruiting methods and processes as well as creative sourcing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, making effective judgments as to time allocation

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
