The Talent Acquisition Director is a new role related to our exciting period of growth!

The newest leader on our team will build and foster relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their business operations and staffing needs while developing, leading and motivating a team of recruiters. This role will oversee multiple critical functions of the organization including Franchise, Tech & Data, Product and Corporate Services. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting strategies for key positions and provide meaningful solutions with regards to hard to fill positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Star finder: Manage day to day recruiting processes to ensure quality candidate slates for hiring managers, consistent communications to stakeholders in, and integrity of applicant tracking system data.

  • Assessor: Monitor and measure success leveraging data and customer feedback

  • Expert Advisor: Lead a team of Recruiters to ensure proper alignment to support Realogy recruitment initiatives and programs, as well as achieve performance objectives and metrics. Guide Recruiters as needed to ensure comprehensive candidates assessments and the build of quality candidate slates

  • Facilitator: Manage recruiter req loads and provide recommendations that will facilitate our ability to exceed expectations

  • Leader: Continuously manage and develop Recruiter skills and capabilities

  • Groundbreaker: Create a pro-active staffing strategy using knowledge of talent segments to meet future staffing goals

  • Trusted Consultant: Focus on building relationships with hiring managers, create a strong level of trust, effectively understand their business, team dynamics and business goals

Qualifications:

What you must have:

  • College degree or Equivalent experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, I/O psychology or related area. Experience considered in lieu of degree

  • Proven track record: 7+ years of professional level recruiting and assessment experience combined with 2+ years of managing a team of recruiters. Tech recruitment experience is a plus.

  • Consultative approach: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and advise senior level executives and HR Business partners on needs, challenges and opportunities with a partnership approach

  • Communication skills: Desire and capability to work with other Talent Acquisition & Planning partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings

  • Diverse perspective: Demonstrated ability to ensure a diverse candidate flow – must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusion

  • Agility: Demonstrated ability to fill requisitions in a timely manner with quality hires along with the ability to manage multiple recruiting initiatives at varying stages of completion

  • Creative recruiting: Solid experience with multiple recruiting methods and processes including, job boards, LinkedIn and social networking; as well as targeted selection and creative sourcing experience
