And that’s just the beginning. Realogy Product is working on many exciting initiatives - including the biggest and most open tech roll-out in real estate history. And we’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team.

Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead product launches, develop strategic content and sales tools, enable the marketing, learning and brand teams, and work closely with the product management team to execute integrated strategies that drive demand, adoption and the overall success of a product – all with the goal of creating happy, successful customers.

This is a fast paced, exciting role where there is always a new challenge. Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success. It’s a highly visible role that will require working closely with key executives, internal teams and brand partners. Ultimately, you will be the glue that brings a product and its target users together, binding our product strategy to the tactics and stakeholders needed to drive success.

What You’ll Do

  • Team closely with product management for go-to-market planning, and driving/monitoring engagement with new products and features

  • Act as an evangelist of Realogy Product’s suite of products, playing an integral role throughout the entire lifecycle of our products

  • Build a scalable process to generate storytelling content across multiple products that will be adapted uniquely for each brand in the Realogy portfolio and targeted to each audience (consumer, agent, broker, brand, employee, investor)

  • Work with key groups to determine the positioning, messaging and customer development that drives the overall GTM strategy

  • Drive product positioning and messaging, focusing on key differentiators and essential benefits to the target audience

  • Partner with the marketing and communications teams and our design team to bring our positioning and narrative to life

  • Design content and messaging strategies that brand marketing, communication, and operations stakeholders can scale across channels

  • Act as a subject matter expert for products within the Realogy product suite

  • Own the product launch checklist ensuring that all go-to-market teams are at a state of internal and market readiness

  • Work with the Data and Insights team to weave product feedback, case studies and testimonials into our product stories

  • Design and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex issues and illustrate findings, ideas and recommendations

  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and adapt as needed

What You Bring

  • 5 years of product marketing or related experience

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, customer success, marketing, and product

  • An innate ability to grasp and present the value propositions of our products and solutions in a way that resonates with customers and clearly articulates how we solve our users’ problems

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a sharp eye for detail

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into straightforward and engaging customer-facing copy

  • Experience working successfully with distributed team(s)

  • Comfort operating in a highly matrixed organization that relies on building support in other groups and the ability to influence through others, deliver results, and earn trust quickly of the organization and stakeholders

  • The ability to work independently and resolve professional, technical or operational project problems

  • Writing experience, with a flawless command of spelling and grammar conventions

  • Familiarity or experience in real estate sales/brokerage/franchise space a plus

  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office suite and Keynote

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch or Figma

  • Creative and innovative thinking with a willingness to take risk, fail fast, iterate and learn

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
