Product Marketing Associate - Remote
The Product Marketing Associate (PMA) will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) throughout the full product lifecycle, from helping drive launches to growing adoption, for Realogy Product, the product arm for the leading and most integrated provider of U.S. residential real estate services. Realogy’s diverse brand portfolio includes some of the most recognized names in real estate: Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, Corcoran®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty®.
The PMA will report to the PMM and work closely with the entire product marketing team to deliver on our product marketing strategy. You will assist with product launches, research and discovery, sales enablement, and executing integrated strategies that drive demand, adoption and the overall success of a product – all with the goal of creating happy, successful customers.
This is a fast paced, exciting role where there is always a new challenge. You will take on a broad array of responsibilities, supporting multiple products, and your focus may shift based on team needs. Ultimately, the Associate Product Marketing Manager is an internal consultant that will identify gaps, develop resources, and launch associated initiatives within product marketing to support our goals and objectives.
What You’ll Do
Team closely with Product Marketing Managers for go-to-market planning, and driving/monitoring engagement with new products and features
Support the Product Marketing Manager and Product Manager in the tactical aspects of product marketing throughout the overall product lifecycle (conception, definition, development, launch, post launch)
Provide sales enablement support, persona support, competitive landscape support and launch task support
Confidently demo products – virtually and in person – showcasing both technical aspects as well as highlighting the value proposition.
Act as a subject matter expert for products within the Realogy product suite, educating both internal teams and brokers and answering questions related to the products.
Deliver launch communications on time and error free
Monitor a shared Product Marketing inbox and respond swiftly to any launch questions or issues
Draft/send/monitor/respond to multiple email communications for concurring launches
Develop sales and marketing materials - decks, emails, one pagers - with input from key stakeholders
Become well-versed in best practices of Realogy Product and Product Marketing
Act as an evangelist of Realogy Product’s suite of products
Actively seeks to develop knowledge of products and how features can address customer pain points
Contribute to the execution of Realogy’s overall product mission and product marketing strategy
Orchestrate individual and team objectives
Unite with colleagues to form ideas and problem-solve
Resolve issues in a creative and methodical manner
What You Bring
3+ years of product marketing or related experience
Experience developing or contributing to high-impact product positioning, messaging and marketing assets
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong platform skills and a comfort level delivering product information to a varied audience
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a sharp eye for detail
Ability to translate complex ideas into straightforward and engaging customer-facing copy
Experience working successfully remotely and with distributed team(s)
A track record of learning and mastering new skills
An eagerness to grow in your role
Experience in real estate sales/brokerage/franchise space a plus
Experience in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote and Sketch or Figma a plus
Creative and innovative thinking with a willingness to take risk, fail fast, iterate and learn
