Manager, Recruiting Programs

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Planning, this individual will play a critical role in Realogy’s relentless focus on talent. The goal of Realogy’s Talent Acquisition & Planning (TAP) Center of Excellence is to enable a highly engaged and performing organization to ensure the success of Realogy's short and long-term strategy. TAP is a centralized team of professionals focused on talent planning, identification, assessment, and acquisition of leaders at all levels. We support enterprise-wide talent planning efforts and identify individuals that demonstrate the leadership competencies critical for success in our environment and critical to ensuring a Great Place to Work for all. This role will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure that our planning and acquisition practices can effectively scale and evolve to meet the unique and exciting growth that lies ahead for Realogy.

The Manager, Recruiting Programs will lead the strategy and execution of key programmatic hiring channels to find great corporate talent. This role will partner across the TA function and the business to drive build, develop, and embed sources of talent into our hiring practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Referrals – Drive the growth of the employee referrals channel to become the leading source of hire. Increase submission volume and percentage of overall hires through expansion of communications, sourcing jams, tracking, marketing/promotion, and training.

  • Campus – Drive our campus recruiting efforts to build a long-term campus strategy consistent of identifying top university partnerships focused on early career hires.

  • Recruiting Events – Lead the creation and execution of Realogy hosted in-person and virtual recruiting events to cultivate and engage with top talent. Recommend and oversee the participation of industry recruiting events to expand critical talent pipelines.

  • Employer Brand – Build a digital presence through various social platforms to improve our employer brand and showcase Realogy as a ‘Best Place to Work’.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years combination of direct Recruiting, sourcing, or Recruiting Coordination; combination of agency and corporate preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.

  • Demonstrated ability to gain credibility and build relationships up through line Managers.

  • Excellent candidate engagement, relationship building, and management skills.

  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, with the aptitude to develop these skills further for senior leadership.

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple and shifting priorities with strong follow-up skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate introductory Project Management skills and aptitude.#LI-LC1
