Reporting to the VP Talent Management & Employee Experience, the Director Talent Management is a fully remote position responsible for designing talent practices and processes in alignment with the enterprise talent strategy and philosophy to cultivate a high-performance culture!

The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker, serving as a subject matter expert, bringing best practice as well as performing as a collaborative problem-solver skilled at developing customized approaches that complement Realogy’s business culture. This person possesses the experience, maturity, executive presence, and judgment to gain credibility and respect among business and HR leaders; balances listening with sharing expertise when developing relationships. What do you do

  • Assist with strategies and plans to ensure the best people in our biggest jobs, including review, calibration, and internal mobility of our top 200 leaders

  • Develop, enhance, and guide the implementation, and continuous improvement of Realogy’s performance management systems, tools, processes, and communication strategies

  • Design and deploy strategies, processes and tools for talent planning to strengthen our leadership pipeline and build capability for the future

  • Partner with HR and talent management team members to craft and implement programs and tools that cultivate career growth and development, engagement and culture

  • Continually evaluate existing talent technology/tools; participate in decision to improve existing technology/tools or select/implement new technology/tools to support strategic objectives and growth

  • Manage external partners on quality of contracted results and adherence to project timelines

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in organization development, organization or I/O psychology, HR or equivalent highly preferred; Masters or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience preferred

  • 8+ years’ experience with talent related practices in a global, dynamic, “high-bar for talent” environment

  • Human Resource Business Partner experience a plus

  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing talent processes and tools and implementing engagement survey programs

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Communicates effectively with all levels of the organizations; Strong facilitation skills for leading formal and informal presentations, meetings and training

  • Comfortable with ambiguity; navigates confidently; adapts to change

  • Strong project management skills to lead multi-party and multi-phase projects from inception through execution, as well as the facilitation/coordination, requirements gathering, testing, pilots, and after-action reviews. Able to build accountability mechanisms to ensure successful execution and proactively connect with partners to keep projects on track and remove barriers.

  • Able to write clear communications and create clear, concise and easy-to-consume resources and toolkits for internal stakeholders

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to collect, analyze, assess implications, of large data sets integrated from multiple sources and create error-free, executive-ready presentations representing organizational and talent-related data
