Director/HRBP Job Description

Can you drive progressive HR strategies and act as a business partner to leaders while supporting and developing talent, ensuring the right culture, and being part of influencing the transformation we are driving at Realogy? We are looking for a high energy Director/HR Business Partner who is collaborative, agile, and that has a strategic mindset, with expertise in Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Design, Compensation, and Leadership Development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and translate business strategy to people management strategy and drive implementation including building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.

  • Lead talent and performance management efforts to enable a high performance culture.

  • Foster a culture of engagement and excitement to bring out customer-driven results where employees feel empowered to put customers first, and develop their careers within the organization.

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with specialist teams to identify high-impact initiatives and priorities for an improved employee experience, increased productivity and retention.

  • Drive change management initiatives with a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements, and systems and processes.

  • Engage in workforce planning initiatives.

  • Leverage and integrate Annual Cycle Programs to reinforce company-wide HR strategy: Workforce planning, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Reviews and Talent.

  • Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.

  • Identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required - MBA or Master's Degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of HR experience or equivalent experience in roles of increasing complexity/scope.

  • HR business partner experience, preferably supporting a technology client group.

  • Ability to provide inspiration and fresh ideas related to the employee experience.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand and assimilate business context.

  • Demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as an advisor and consultant with strong HR expertise and judgment.

  • Extensive capacity to influence business leaders individually and collectively.

  • Expertise in identifying and driving HR solutions that align to business strategy.

  • Passion to drive a culture of inclusiveness through specific Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies.

  • Intuitive, conceptual, systems focused thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address and act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business.

  • Experience leveraging HR metrics to drive solutions.

  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
